As per the Ethics Code, I have noted the industry for Finland need the folllwing, but pls. Confirm:   Cost Bearing Agreements or other official contractual invitation agreements needs to be signed by participating HCP for virtual event participation, even that there are no reimbursement payments to HCPs whatsoever.  It is good behavior practice if the industry notify the head of department if an invitation has been sent to a HCP for a virtual training. But it is not a legal requirement for the industry to notify Head of Department and have Head of Department accepting the HCP’s participation?  How is the invitation process when the virtual meeting is more of a marketing information purpose?
