Invitations to online training
I’m reaching out to you with a compliance related question. One of our BU units is currently developing an online training program where doctors and nurses can participate in different online training on the how to use our medical devices etc. – there will be no travel, hotel, etc. in connection with the training as everything happens in the virtual world.
When we invite to normal “face to face” training we always send an open invitation to Head of Department, who decide which HCP may attend our scientific event.
My question is the following: would it also be required that we go through Head of Department when inviting to online trainings or would it be acceptable to directly contact with the individual doctor/nurse, provided they have consented to this.
