We are aiming to have this category of agreements signed per e-signing (DocuSign), by adding the following clause. This agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument and shall become effective when one or more counterparts have been signed by each of the parties and delivered to the other party. All parties agree that a facsimile, PDF or other electronic signature (eg DocuSign) of this letter shall be valid and have the same force and effect as a manually signed original.

Do you foresee any problems that we need to solve prior to implementing electronic signing (system called DocuSign) of documents like invitation-contracts that we send to Finnish HCP’s and Head of Department?

Do you know if the implementation will require each hospital-IT department to allow this?
