To support a strong growth strategy and further strengthen our Private Healthcare capabilities, we are establishing a new and interesting role for
SALES MANAGER, MEDICAL NUTRITION
Your focus areas
As a sales manager you are responsible for the sales process in the Medical Nutrition business line. You establish and lead the execution of sales and market access strategy for the medical nutrition segment to reach commercial targets. To ensure profitability, your responsibilities also include optimizing pricing. As a specialist in this market area you have in-debt medical nutrition product knowledge, are familiar with analyzing customer needs and therefore are able to support customers with suitable solutions. You are in a central role in driving growth with the product portfolio and strategy in private healthcare in Finland.
You work in close collaboration with key stakeholders including account managers and Nordic category management. The role is new, and you will be able to influence in establishing the role, developing the related processes as well as segment introduction and growth in the market.
What kind of person are we looking for?
You have strong commercial mindset with an ability to identify business opportunities and create growth. Equally, you have experience and competences to build successful strategies and concepts. With a solution oriented approach you have a drive to translate customer needs into commercial success. You are familiar with analyzing data as a tool to support your business area. Your working style is well-structured and it is easy for you to inspire your colleagues and customers.
You are a strong team player and enjoy working and collaborating with people in cross-functional and international environment. Ideally you have a suitable education within nursing and/or nutrition and previous experience preferably with focus on medical nutrition. You are fluent in Finnish and English as you will be working closely with also international category management.
