To support a strong growth strategy and further strengthening our Sales and Operations Planning capabilities, we are establishing a new and interesting role for

DEMAND MANAGER

Your focus areas:
You will have responsibility of further development of our Demand Management to secure commercial plans are converted to concrete actions through structured Demand and Supply Planning process. You are in a central role in building cooperation with our sales and product management, category management and supply planning teams to secure service level to our customers without compromising on optimized inventory. You will also participate in day-to-day supply planning and continuous improvement of the ways of working.

The role is new and you will be able to influence in establishing the role and developing the related processes.

What kind of person are we looking for?
You have a suitable education and previous experience from Demand and Supply Planning, preferably with focus on Demand Management. You are well-structured with strong analytical skills and you enjoy working and collaborating with people in cross-functional and international environment. You have a commercial mindset with passion for continuous improvement and capability to develop processes.

You are fluent in Finnish and English as you will be working closely with international Demand and Supply Planning teams and Nordic category management. Previous experience from healthcare or related field is regarded as an advantage.
